What is the Usage Promise?
If a calendar month goes by with no logins on a paid Sentinel plan, we email you and refund that month in full, automatically. You do not have to claim it. It sits on top of your right to cancel any time for a pro-rata refund. Read the Usage Promise.
What if we want to cancel?
One click in the dashboard. Billing stops immediately, unused time is refunded automatically to the day, and your Vault history stays even if you drop back to Free. No retention calls, no exit fees. Read the refund policy.
Can I move between Sentinel and Forge?
Yes, in either direction, any time. Your Vault history, prompts and competitor setup travel with you. Plenty of clients start on Sentinel Basic, hit the limits of what they can implement themselves, and step up through Discovery to Forge. Some step down to Sentinel after Forge has built their foundations. Both are fine.
What does "hours" mean on Forge plans?
The monthly pool is quoted as human-equivalent output: the time a competent in-house team would need to produce the same work. It is how you can compare our plans fairly against hiring. Every hour is itemised in your Sentinel dashboard.
Why is there a permanent free tier?
Because the free check answers one question and then your situation keeps changing. The free tier keeps one brand, five questions and your category history live, so you can keep watching. When you want more questions, more rivals or daily tracking, the upgrade is there.
What happens to my history if I cancel?
You can drop to the free tier and keep your history live, or pause. The Vault keeps recording your category either way, because it records categories, not customers.
Do you lock me into a contract?
Sentinel is monthly, cancel any time. Forge plans run month to month after an initial three-month build period, which is the minimum honest window to show compounding results.
