Why is free really free?
Because the free tier is deliberately light, and some of you will upgrade when the fix list starts naming what to do. That is the whole model, and we would rather tell you than have you wonder.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Sentinel is monthly, cancel any time from your account. Annual plans stay live until the anniversary you already paid for.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes, in either direction, from your account. Upgrades are pro-rated to the day; downgrades apply at the next cycle so nothing you rely on disappears without warning.
What happens when I hit a cap?
Nothing breaks. The product shows you what the next tier unlocks, honestly, and you decide. Caps are limits, not tripwires.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK customers pay 20% VAT at checkout; EU and international customers are billed under the standard reverse-charge rules where they apply.
