By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Buying through this site
When you buy a Fortitude Sentinel subscription, the order is processed by one of our payment partners. For most orders that partner acts as Merchant of Record and handles the checkout, payment, tax and refunds on our behalf. Your purchase is also subject to the payment partner's buyer terms shown at checkout, our Sentinel subscription terms and our refund and cancellation policy.
Acceptable use
You may use this site to learn about our service, read our content, request a free visibility check, and submit enquiries. You agree not to:
- Use the site to break the law or anyone else's rights.
- Submit false, misleading or third party personal information through any form.
- Probe, scan, scrape or test the site beyond ordinary browser use, or attempt to circumvent any security measure.
- Send automated traffic, spam our forms, or use the site to distribute unsolicited messages.
- Use our content to train machine learning models without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer, copy or republish substantial parts of the site for a competing product.
We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe this section has been broken.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site, including the words, code, design, brand names ("Fortitude", "Fortitude Media", "Fortitude Sentinel", "Fortitude Forge", "The Vault"), logos, screenshots, charts and illustrations, is owned by Fortitude or licensed to us. You may view it in a browser, print a copy for your own reference, and quote short extracts with a credit and a link back. Anything more, including republishing, redistributing or building derivative products, needs our prior written permission. The "Fortitude" name and logos are trade marks of Fortitude Media Limited.
Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep the site accurate, but we make no guarantee that everything on it is current, complete or fit for any particular purpose. In particular:
- Sample reports, illustrative dashboards, hero animations and example brand names shown on this site contain fictional data, created to demonstrate how the product looks. They do not reflect any real company's AI visibility and should not be treated as such.
- Pricing, features and availability can change. Your binding commercial terms are whatever your order form or checkout confirms at the time of purchase.
- Insights articles and Vault reports describe our methodology honestly, but AI engines change quickly and findings can become out of date. We date our reports for this reason.
- Anything that looks like advice (commercial, marketing, legal, financial) is general information, not professional advice for your specific situation.

Free visibility check
The free AI visibility check is provided as is, on a fair use basis. We may rate limit, queue or decline requests if necessary to keep the service running well. Reports are produced automatically and edited where needed, and are intended to give you a useful starting point, not a guaranteed outcome.
Limitation of liability
These terms cover your use of the marketing site. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fortitude is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data or wasted expenditure arising out of your use of this site. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to this site, however arising, is limited to one hundred pounds (£100). Liability connected with a paid subscription is dealt with separately in the Sentinel subscription terms.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by English law.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy. By submitting any form on this site you confirm you have read it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may bring proceedings against you in any other jurisdiction where you operate.
