A 28-year track record. A website that undersold it.
arum has helped banks, governments and major brands choose, implement, rescue and get more from their collections technology for 28 years: more than 500 projects in 23 countries, from offices in London, Atlanta and Sydney.
The old website did not feel like that business. The story was hard to follow, the services were hard to tell apart, and the brand was not working hard enough on a screen. For most people, the website is the first time they meet arum.
Jamie Waller, arum's CEO, had a short brief. Make the website as good as the firm, and do not make it a long agency process.
Every word rewritten. A sharper brand. Built to be found.
The content
All of it reworked in plain English, outcomes first. Services organised the way a client buys them: five stages from advice to optimisation, plus three specialist services.
The brand
Same arum, sharper on screen. A deep navy base, one bright colour saved for the button that matters, large confident headlines and clear rules so every new page belongs.
Proof up front
Client logos, accreditations and named testimonials in the first screen. Each of the 12 case studies leads with a number, and each of the nine sector pages names the regulation in play.
Built to be found
Proper structure and markup on every page, a plain summary AI assistants can read, facts stored once so two pages never disagree, and every old address redirected so years of rankings carry over.
The CEO's time, protected
No workshops and no weekly status meetings. Jamie reacted to real, working pages within weeks. When arum's team sent a final list of 77 changes, we checked each one against the live site before touching a word.

A website that finally does the firm justice.
One site in three regional versions, with local spelling, local regulation and the nearest office for each visitor, and every enquiry routed straight into arum's CRM for the right team.
Eight rewritten service pages, nine sector pages, 12 case studies, a vendor marketplace and 14 technology pages, all in one design system that arum's team can keep adding to.
I have worked with plenty of agencies over the years, and Fortitude Media is not like any of them. It was obvious from day one that they are founders themselves. They did not ask for a fifty page brief or wait to be told what to do. They got to grips with our business, took ownership of the website as if arum were their own company, and made smart calls along the way. They reworked all of our content, sharpened the brand so it works properly online, and did it at a speed I did not think was possible. For most people, our website is the first time they meet arum. It now does us justice. As CEO, the best thing I can say is that they made my life easier, not harder.
