Fictional firm. Real format. Yours to keep.

Every fix is written for a competent team.
TCC’s own team built the new tcc.group to the plan. Nothing in it depends on us.
Most founders hand it back.

How the week runs.
- Day 1
Kick-off, twenty minutes. You tell us the service and two competitors.
- Days 2 to 4
Research and recording. No calls.
- Day 5
The readout: a forty-five minute walk-through with David and the PDF the same day.
- Day 6 onwards
It is yours. Implement it, hand it to any web team, or hand it back to us.
- Day 90
We re-run the numbers, free, so you can see what moved.
Two founders. Two written readouts.
TCC's own team built the new tcc.group to the plan. ID-Pal's fix was live in the first month.
It was not a content problem. TCC's team was publishing good material and one assistant was already leading with it. What failed was underneath: a site organised around internal teams rather than the questions buyers ask, pages that half-answered the same question so neither was cited, and machine-readable data that declared a name, a logo and nothing else.
Read the story ↗The redirect from northrow.com was technically correct, but nothing on either site told Google or the AI engines that NorthRow and ID-Pal were the same company. NorthRow's years of authority sat outside the merger, and AI was still recommending NorthRow as a separate platform.
