What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. It lets the site remember things between pages and visits, such as that you are signed in. We also use similar technologies like local storage and pixels in emails, and we treat those the same way as cookies in this policy.
The cookies we use
We group cookies by what they are for. Exact names and providers depend on the tools we are running at the time; the categories below are stable.
Strictly necessary (always on). These make the site and the Sentinel application work. They keep you signed in, keep your session secure, remember your cookie choices, and balance traffic. The site will not work properly without them, so they do not need your consent.

Analytics (consent first). These help us understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck, in aggregate. We only set them once you agree.

Email measurement. Reports and service emails we send may include a small pixel that tells us whether the email was opened and whether links were clicked, so we can see whether our reports are useful. You can stop this by viewing emails with images turned off, or by unsubscribing from non-essential email.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How to manage cookies
When you first visit, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, and you can reopen those settings at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site and the application may stop working.
Changes to this policy
If we add or change the cookies we use, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent again.
